Amgen has launched a new TV commercial titled “Stand Behind You”, featuring an actual cancer patient and her “team” of supporters. The spot will air this week on Versus, the cable and Internet sports television network.

The commercial, which delivers the message “You’re Not Alone in the Fight Against Cancer,” recognizes the leading roles that the Breakaway from Cancer™ charitable partners play in every aspect of cancer care.

Founded in 2005, Breakaway from Cancer™ is a complementary component to the Amgen Tour of California race sponsorship.
