All Amgen suppliers are expected to comply with the following when conducting business with Amgen:

• Direct all business correspondence regarding the sale of materials or services to Amgen through Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (SS&P), unless instructed by SS&P to do otherwise.
• Conduct all negotiations with SS&P and negotiate in an ethical manner.
• Do not offer Amgen staff money, loans, credits or prejudicial discounts, gifts, entertainment, favors, products or services for their personal use or benefit.
• Make available, through SS&P, technical information, engineering support, systems, policies, procedures, processes, products, warranties, and services that may improve Amgen's use of the supplier's products and services.
• Advise SS&P of new products and services as such information becomes available.
• Inform SS&P of financial, economic, supply changes or other material conditions that affect or might affect Amgen's ongoing operations or operating decisions.
• Treat all transactions and dealings with Amgen as confidential and proprietary and do not communicate Amgen relationships or business dealings to third parties without Amgen's written consent.
• Adhere to Amgen's safety and security policies and procedures while at any Amgen location.
• Do not use Amgen's name in publicity or advertising without Amgen's prior written consent.
