AMG 761
AMG 761 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeted to CCR4 positive T-cells.  AMG 761 binding leads to depletion of CCR4 positive T-cells.  AMG 761 is being investigated as a therapy for asthma. Amgen licensed this molecule from Kyowa Hakko Kirin Co., Ltd. in 2008.
